Step through private double French doors into your self-contained 45sqm haven on the lower level of our family home. The compact bathroom has all essentials, and the kitchenette nook features a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle – perfect for simple meals or lazy breakfasts in bed (note: no sink, keeping things streamlined and intimate).

Everything was clean tidy and set up perfectly, she even left us little Easter eggs as a treat!
100% recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay at Nelson bay🥰

April 5, 2026 at 10:25 pmThanks again to Katrina for her place over the Easter weekend. The place itself was stunning and very homely, exactly like the photos. The little extras provided were a lovely touch also (coffee, tea, chocolate).
We loved the location and it was only a 5 min walk to the local reserve/beach for a morning dip which was great. Also only a short drive into Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay.
Can’t recommend enough for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. Hopefully we’ll be back!

Katrina thought of everything to make our stay wonderful, even organising a cheese platter and bottle of champagne to help us celebrate our anniversary!
Communication was easy, quick and very helpful.

A very responsive host and a really nice gesture to offer complimentary coffees at the local cafe.
Will definitely return in summer for a longer stay.

Everything was thought of down to tiny little touches like 4 types of milk in the fridge and granola for the yogurt. I easily explored the whole beautiful area from the location and found it so kind to have been left complementary vouchers for coffee at a local cafe. The weather wasn’t the best but the place is set up with yoga mats games books Netflix’s and hundreds of tea bags so I couldn’t ask for anything more from an air b&b. 11/10 thanks for reviving me 🥰
